- Sofalova.lt has the right not to refund money for furniture that is returned with defects.
- If the Buyer purchased a furniture set, he must return it to S ofalova.lt the entire furniture set, that is, the Buyer can use the rights provided for the return of goods only in relation to all the furniture in the set, except for cases where the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise based on the criteria of economy and reasonableness. In the event that at least one of the pieces of furniture in the set does not meet the requirements set forth in point 2 of the procedure, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned entire set of furniture.
- After using the provided rights, the buyer must fulfill the requirements provided for in the order regarding the return of furniture and follow the provided order.
- The furniture to be restored will be taken from you within one week of contacting us for restoration. We will return the money for the purchased furniture to your account after the furniture has been brought to our warehouse and checked. Delivery and return costs of the furniture(s) are paid by the buyer.
The procedure and conditions for the delivery of furniture (to assess the quality of the goods, change, repair or return) to the Seller shall be coordinated by the Buyer and the Seller separately by phone 867931322 or by e-mail info@sofalova.lt - The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Buyer's return notification was sent to the Seller, and if the Buyer's furniture (furniture) is not returned to the Seller, the term provided for in this point is counted from the day the furniture is returned to the Seller.
- The money is returned to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
- After taking advantage of the opportunity to return the purchased furniture, the Buyer is refunded: the price of the product. Furniture delivery costs are not refundable.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect, after you have given your consent, the defect is removed within 30 calendar days. In this case, the Seller pays the furniture delivery costs. If you refuse the defective piece of furniture, we reserve the right to offer you another - similar piece of furniture.
- Sofalova.lt has the right not to return the money paid to the Buyer until the Furniture (furniture) has been checked by the Seller for compliance with Clause 2 of the Procedure.
